Terms of service
Last updated 25 October 2026
These terms apply when you use frequentplay.com. By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
- You need to be at least 13 to use FrequentPlay, and at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to book or offer paid sessions.
- Keep your sign-in details private. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
- One person, one account. Don't impersonate anyone.
Community rules
Follow the community guidelines. We can remove content, restrict features or suspend accounts that break them.
Coins
- Bonus coins come from the welcome bonus, daily rewards and promotions. You can spend them on the site, but they have no cash value and can never be withdrawn.
- Paid coins will be available to buy in the future. Separate terms will cover buying and withdrawing them when that launches.
- When you pay with bonus coins, the player earns bonus coins. When you pay with paid coins, the player earns paid coins.
- Coins aren't money, aren't a bank deposit and don't earn interest. We may change prices, rewards and fees going forward, and we'll show them on the site.
- We can reverse coins that were gained through bugs, fraud or abuse.
Hiring players
- When you book a session, its price is held from your wallet. The player is paid when you confirm the session, or automatically if you don't confirm or dispute within the window shown on the booking.
- Bookings that aren't answered in time expire, and the coins come back to you.
- If something goes wrong, open a dispute before the window ends. Our team reviews it and can refund all, part or none of the booking.
- Players set their own offers and are responsible for what they promise. Players aren't our employees.
- Never pay, trade or share account details outside FrequentPlay. We can't protect deals made off the site.
- Don't offer or book anything that breaks a game's terms, such as account sharing, cheating or selling accounts.
Boosts and featured spots
Boosts and featured spots are paid in coins and are for promoting your own posts and guilds. Featured spots need our approval; if we decline a request, the coins are refunded. Boosts start straight away and aren't refundable once they're live.
Your content
You own what you post. You give us permission to show it on FrequentPlay and in search results for as long as it's on the site. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.
Suspensions
We can restrict or suspend accounts that break these terms or the guidelines. Bonus coins on suspended accounts may be removed.
Disclaimers
FrequentPlay is provided as is. We aren't responsible for what other users do in or outside games. As far as the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the paid coins involved.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you on the site before it takes effect.
